How To Submit A Support Ticket
Submitting a ticket is one of the ways that you can quickly get ahold of our Hero Support Staff. Our goal at AppsGators.com is to make your web hosting experience as easy as possible so you can focus on what matters, your website or business!
In this tutorial, we’ll show you how to submit a support ticket.
1) Login to the AppsGators Platform
2) Click the green Tickets button after logging in.
3) Select the area where you need help.
In this example, we are going to click Technical Support
4) Fill out the fields and click Submit.
A member of our support team will immediately follow-up with your issue.
