How To Add A Website Inside Of Web Host Manager
While I've indirectly covered this topic before, I wanted to quickly explain how easy it is to add a new website inside of Web Host Manager.
Web Host Manager is the "father" to cPanel and is where new websites are setup and provisioned to have their "own" cPanel. This is a standard feature on all of our Reseller accounts and Managed Servers.
Primarily, it is used to setup accounts for clients, but can also be used to provision your own websites. Last week, I explained why it was a much better idea to use a separate cPanel for each WordPress website, rather than the add-on domain feature in cPanel. The main reason being security, but also increased performance and convenience of adding extras such as email accounts.
If you're a Reseller, you have to have a web hosting package setup before you can add a website.

Once the package is created you just need to follow these simple steps:
- Login to Web Host Manager
- Click on Create a New Account on the left (or type to search for it)
- Fill out information about the site (enter the domain.com not www.domain.com)
- Select your package (if Reselling)
- Leave the other fields default if you're not sure what you're doing
- Click Create
That's all there is to it! To see your new account you just created, you can click List Accounts on the left navigation sidebar, and it will list all the sub-accounts inside of Web Host Manager. By clicking on the orange cPanel logo, you'll able to remotely access the specific website's account.
